These clients of ours were able to buy a home in the popular Mosaic, regardless that their offer was not the highest, and they had a home to sell out of state!

The Seller ultimately chose our clients offer versus an offer that was $20,000 MORE than ours! This was the best our clients could offer on the home, and knowing the market would provide multiple offers, we strategized other ways to make their offer competitive aside from price.

This included a fast inspection that waived smaller ticket items, providing the Seller with a FREE post closing occupancy (rent back agreement), and although we did include a home sale contingency, we shortened it to a week before the home was closing because their buyer had already provided clear to close and provided funds for the sale.
